Analista de Calidad

Propósito del rol

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las directrices de calidad e inocuidad (materia prima, empaque y producto terminado), garantizando que los procesos de la cadena cumplan los estándares técnicos establecidos.

Responsabilidades principales

Realizar análisis físicos e inspecciones según los planes de calidad.

Registrar y analizar resultados (físicos, químicos y microbiológicos) y emitir concepto de liberación, retención o rechazo.

Ejecutar planes de muestreo y gestionar envío a laboratorios para asegurar controles y disposición de producto.

Verificar condiciones del proceso, almacenamiento y distribución que impacten calidad e inocuidad; asegurar trazabilidad.

Hacer seguimiento a saneamiento, calibración de equipos/instrumentos y control de producto no conforme (incluye avisos en SAP).

Apoyar certificados de análisis, atención de requerimientos/quejas y mejora continua.

Perfil requerido

Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Alimentos, Calidad, Química, Agroindustrial o afines.

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en áreas/procesos de calidad en empresas de alimentos, química o farmacéuticos.

Conocimientos: BPM (necesario), SAP, herramientas ofimáticas.

Idioma: Inglés B1.

Ubicación: Bogotá (Fontibón – Planta Celta, cerca al Aeropuerto)
Modalidad: Presencial
Contrato: Término indefinido
Salario: $3.500.000 – $4.000.000
