Job Description

Buscamos un Asistente de Calidad, quien apoyará en varias actividades de manera eficiente y segura, garantizando que los productos fabricados en planta cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos.

Principales Responsabilidades:

Realizar inspecciones y controles de calidad durante las distintas etapas del proceso de producción.
Registrar y reportar resultados de inspección y pruebas siguiendo las normas y procedimientos establecidos.
Identificar desviaciones y no conformidades en el proceso y producto, proponiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
Participar en auditorías internas y externas de calidad.
Mantener actualizados los registros de calidad y asegurar la correcta documentación según la política de la empresa.
Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de mejoras en los procedimientos de control de calidad.

Requisitos del perfil:

Estudiante del último año o graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Alimentos, Ingeniería Química o carreras afines.
Experiencia de 1-3 años en roles como Analista o Encargado de Calidad.
Conocimientos en levantamiento de procesos, SIX Sigma, HACCP o ISO (deseable).
Persona proactiva, analítica, atención al detalle y buena actitud.
