Responsabilidades principales

• Registrar y analizar transacciones contables, provisiones y ajustes contables.

• Contabilizar facturas de proveedores y acreedores, asegurando su correcta clasificación.

• Realizar conciliaciones contables y de tarjetas de crédito.

• Analizar anticipos a proveedores, contratistas y agentes.

• Elaborar provisiones de inventario y provisión costo mercado.

• Preparar y reportar información financiera periódica a nivel corporativo.

• Apoyar procesos de inventarios físicos y ajustes de inventario.

• Controlar y revisar gastos de viajeros.

• Custodiar y archivar soportes contables y documentación financiera.

• Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas internas, procedimientos y normas contables.

Requisitos del puesto

• Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o carrera afín.

• 2 a 4 años de experiencia en roles financieros o analíticos.

• Nivel intermedio–avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.

• Experiencia en elaboración de reportes y análisis financiero.

• Capacidad para comunicar información financiera de manera clara y estructurada.

• Conocimiento básico de metodologías de investigación y análisis de datos.

• Habilidad para trabajar con autonomía moderada y cumplir fechas límite.
