Job Description

Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Analista Administrativo Contable para cubrir una incapacidad por maternidad (posición temporal por un período mínimo de 5 meses).

Esta posición es clave para garantizar la correcta ejecución de nómina, cumplimiento ante autoridades y control financiero, asegurando continuidad operativa dentro del equipo.

Modalidad: Híbrida (Guadalajara, Jalisco)

Responsabilidades principales:

• Procesamiento, revisión y fondeo de nómina

• Cálculo de finiquitos y liquidaciones

• Cumplimiento ante IMSS, IDSE y SUA

• Conciliaciones y reportes financieros

• Coordinación con áreas internas (RH, Contabilidad MX y PH, Ventas)

• Cierres financieros semanales y mensuales

• Control documental y seguimiento administrativo

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración o experiencia relevante

• 2–4 años de experiencia en nómina y/o contabilidad

• Experiencia en IMSS, SUA, IDSE e ISN

• Manejo de Excel intermedio–avanzado

• Inglés intermedio-avanzado (mínimo B2)

• Alta atención al detalle y enfoque en cumplimiento

Compensación acorde a experiencia y nivel de especialización.
