Job Type: Contract / Project-Based
Job Purpose
To monitor construction progress, carry out periodic site visits, and report on observed risks, deviations, and potential impacts related to the execution of works.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide appropriate technical expertise aligned with the construction phase progress
• Support early works with relevant civil/road engineering expertise
• Support structural phases with suitable structural/civil engineering expertise
• Support equipment and utilities installation phases with electrical and mechanical engineering expertise
• Perform periodic site visits to assess construction progress and the general consistency of the works with project documentation
• Participate in local technical progress meetings when required
• Prepare regular synthesis reports, at least twice per month, covering construction progress, identified risks, deviations, and potential impacts on cost or schedule
• Experience in construction monitoring, site coordination, and progress review
• Ability to assess works against project documentation and identify deviations or risks
• Exposure to multidisciplinary construction activities including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction project environments in KSA is preferred
