Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the applications. Take ownership and lead the development, testing, and deployment of the applications.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, offering code reviews, and knowledge-sharing.
• Performance Optimization: Making sure that the applications are stable and performant and addressing the performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Integration: Integrate with external systems, third-party APIs, and cloud services as needed to deliver comprehensive features.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in existing applications and processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements.
• Ability to mentor Teams

Required Skill:

"1. Overall 6 years of SAP exp with SAP Fiori Application Development (4+ years’ experience)

Proficiency in developing SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and OData.

Experience in building custom Fiori applications based on business requirements, ensuring responsiveness and usability across various devices.

2. UI/UX Design & Implementation (2-3 years experience)

Focus on implementing the Fiori design principles, ensuring that applications have a consistent, user-friendly interface.

Ability to work with SAP Fiori's role-based and task-based design approach, improving usability and enhancing the user experience.

4. Performance Optimization (Nice to have)

Experience in optimizing the performance of SAP Fiori applications, including reducing load times and ensuring fast and efficient data retrieval from SAP backend systems.

Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and optimizing app efficiency, especially in high-traffic environments.

5. SAP Fiori Customization & Enhancements (2 years experience)

Ability to customize standard SAP Fiori apps to meet specific business needs or adapt them based on changing requirements.

Experience enhancing standard apps through configuration, modifications, and extending functionality using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
