As an IT Analyst specializing in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), you will play a crucial role in supporting sales processes, ensuring that the SAP system meets business requirements while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Support and configure the SAP SD module to meet business needs across sales processes including order management, pricing, and billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct testing and validation of SAP SD configurations as well as user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide L2 and L3 support for issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SD processes, configurations, and user guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP releases and enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of the system.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with the SAP SD module.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution methods, and relevant pricing procedures.
• Experience with configuring sales documents (e.g., sales orders, delivery, billing) and setting up master data relevant to the SD module.
• Ability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and implement enhancements effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business end-users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM and FI is a plus.
