Amazon Senior Graphic Designer

Role: Amazon Graphic Designer

Hours: 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time

USD Salary: $960 - $1,440 ($6 - $9 per hour) Negotiable based on experience

The Sr. Graphic Designer works under general supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to create visually compelling, brand-aligned designs that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Responsible for the development of brand-aligned content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.

Responsibilities

• Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, develops content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements
• Partners with Content Copy Writers and Content Managers to create cohesive, high-performing assets for listings and campaigns. Collaborates with the internal marketing team to develop content for the company website and marketing materials
• Develops graphics for Amazon ads, including Sponsored Brand creatives and banners, tailored to drive click-through and conversion
• Researches industry trends and competitor designs to maintain a competitive edge in visual storytelling
• Continuously explores and adapts to industry design trends, innovative tools, and eCommerce best practices to ensure the brand remains visually competitive and cutting-edge
• Maintains organized files and asset libraries to streamline design processes across the team
• Discusses inconsistencies and solutions with the manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirements
• Establishes and maintains a collaborative relationships with internal teams to align objectives and resolve challenges
• Acts as a technical resource for colleagues within the team and projects
• Maintains or exceeds department-established performance standards
• Continues to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Four to seven (4-7) years of related experience in graphic design, two (2) years of which are highly relevant

• Strong working knowledge of creating compelling visuals for Amazon sellers and products to enhance product listings and drive sales
• Provide advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrates excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions. Applies good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to assigned clients and projects
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating clarity and precision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, or similar software
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines
