The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Amazon & Marketplace PPC Specialist to own and elevate the performance of our paid media across Amazon (MX & US), MercadoLibre, and Walmart.
This is a highly technical role for someone who has directly operated Amazon Ads accounts, not supervised an agency and can bring structure, rigor, and efficiency to our investment.
You will be responsible for building the company’s PPC playbook, optimizing campaigns across all ad types, and becoming the internal expert that drives performance and scalability across marketplaces.
Impact & Ownership
• Own the technical performance of paid media across marketplaces
• Improve efficiency metrics such as TACOS, ACOS, and ROAS
• Build scalable campaign structures and best practices
• Establish a repeatable PPC model for the company
• Unlock incremental revenue through better keyword strategy and campaign execution
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns across SP, SB, SD, and DSP (when applicable)
• Execute keyword harvesting, negative matching, and ranking strategies
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CVR, ACOS, and TACOS
• Build and maintain the company’s PPC playbook, campaign structures, and optimization standards
• Audit and optimize marketplace listings for SEO and conversion
• Develop retargeting, win-back, and repurchase strategies
• Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and action plans
• Translate campaign performance into business recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements:
Professional Experience
• 3+ years directly operating Amazon Ads accounts (hands-on) — not agency supervision
• Experience managing Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts
• Proven experience optimizing campaigns with measurable impact
Skills & Knowledge
• Deep understanding of Amazon Ads: Match types, Bid strategies and Campaign structures
• Strong analytical mindset (CTR, CPC, CVR, ACOS, TACOS)
• Experience with keyword research and ranking strategies
• Ability to structure campaigns for efficiency and scalability
Nice to Have
• Experience with MercadoLibre Ads or Walmart Connect
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive
• Experience building playbooks or training team members
