Job Description
Job Title: Amazon Listing Manager
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: Flexible (overlap with US business hours preferred)
Job Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce brand, is looking for an Amazon Listing Manager to own the performance, accuracy, and conversion of Amazon listings end-to-end. This is not a content-upload role—you will be responsible for making listings win visually, algorithmically, and commercially.
In this role, you will manage and optimize Amazon listings to drive CTR, CVR, organic rankings, and overall sales performance, while collaborating closely with creative, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure listings are compliant, optimized, and built to scale.
Responsibilities:
• Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords)
• Own keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
• Optimize listings for click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and organic ranking
• Manage A+ Content, Brand Story, and Amazon storefront updates
• Coordinate image and infographic updates with designers
• Monitor listing health, suppressions, compliance issues, and catalog errors
• Run ongoing listing experiments (copy updates, image testing, A/B tests)
• Analyze listing performance data and provide clear, data-backed recommendations
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• 2–4+ years of experience managing Amazon listings for physical products
• Deep understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with A+ Content and variation management
• Strong written English with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable owning results, not just executing tasks
• Experience working with both FBA and FBM models
• Understanding of PPC collaboration (you don’t need to run ads but should understand how listings and ads work together)
Benefits:
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in home, display, or consumer goods categories
• Experience running or interpreting A/B tests on Amazon listings
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced eCommerce teams
• Experience supporting international Amazon marketplaces
