AM Kitchen Prep - Full Time - HOMES Brewery

We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, coffee shop and roaster, commissary kitchen, and events & catering. HOMES Brewery, our beautiful Brewpub on the west side of Ann Arbor, is looking for Full Time Kitchen Prep help to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and helping a team thrive in the kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide kitchen staff with the materials they need to produce a high-quality product quickly and efficiently
• Have excellent time management skills and work well independently
• Bring attention to detail and organization to the kitchen

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is required
• Ability to work in high energy environment and keep the pace of the restaurant and teams
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time, ability to lift, reach, bend, carry heavy objects
• Capability to prep food as directed and follow food safety handling guides
• Availability 9am - 5pm; Mon-Fri; occasional weekends
• Being a dependable team player
