We are currently hiring for AM Shift Clinical Care Assistants, and to welcome you to our team, we are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus (in accordance with our sign-on bonus agreement). Overview
Our Clinical Care Staff are responsible for providing compassionate care and services to residents in accordance with each individual service plan. This role focuses on creating a person-centered environment that supports quality of life and emotional well-being for both residents and team members.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care while following each resident’s individualized service plan
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and more
Encourage residents to participate in activities, socialization, and exercise
Report any unusual symptoms or concerns to supervisors promptly
Document care and updates in the electronic medical record and communicate changes to the Clinical Care Team
Administer medications as ordered and document on the MAR
Obtain and record resident vital signs
Assist with resident transportation to appointments as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Support team members and assist in other areas when needed
Answer phones and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Complete shift-to-shift reports and follow all call-in and scheduling protocols
Follow all DHS 83 regulations and Cambridge Senior Living policies and procedures
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
CNA certification preferred, but not required
Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
CBRF Registry, CPR/AED certification, and dementia care experience preferred, but not required
