The Alternatives Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of operational processes supporting ATRAM’s alternative investment portfolios. The role upholds investment integrity by maintaining compliant collateral documentation, coordinating with counterparties to secure required materials, and supporting internal teams through timely and precise operational responses. Through strong analytical discipline and attention to detail, the analyst helps safeguard investment accuracy, reduce operational risk, and strengthen end‑to‑end workflow efficiency.
What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for
Collateral Compliance & Accuracy: Ensures all collateral documentation is complete, reliable, and aligned with loan agreements to maintain investment integrity.
Counterparty Coordination: Secures required collaterals and covenants from counterparties in a timely manner to support ongoing monitoring and reduce operational risk.
Operational Responsiveness: Provides timely, accurate support to counterparties and internal teams, enabling smooth resolution of investment‑related inquiries and operational requirements.

Relevant Experience & Mindset: Demonstrates strong interest in finance and financial instruments, applying this understanding to support accurate investment operations and documentation.
