• Electrical & Electronic Engineering – PCB design, circuit development, FPGA, microcontrollers, power electronics.
• Systems Engineering – Requirements management, DOORS, V-model, verification & validation, system integration.
• Control & Automation – MATLAB/Simulink, model-based design, control systems.

Any Alten employee with a personal connection to the candidate.

✅ What qualifies as a referral?

Any Alten employee with a personal connection to the candidate can make a referral, provided that:

• The candidate is not already in our Recruitment Team’s database (the creation date will be used as proof).

💷 Referral bonus – how it works

To thank you for your support:

• You will receive a referral bonus for every engineer hired on a permanent contract, once they have successfully completed their first month at Alten.
• To be eligible, you must be an active Alten employee at the time of payment.

📝 How to refer

2️⃣ Our Recruitment Team will review each profile against our standards.

3️⃣ If they’re a fit, we’ll contact them quickly and keep you updated by email after each step.
