Job Summary
The Alliances Director role exists to strengthen and expand Said Differently’s North American channel partnerships, particularly with Adobe and Shopify. This role brings partnership oversight closer to where key relationships and opportunities live. It ensures consistent communication, visibility, and growth across technology ecosystems and acts as the connective thread between Said Differently’s revenue team, partner sales organizations, and leadership. Ultimately, this person translates partnership potential into tangible business outcomes, building trust and network with channel partners, creating operational clarity internally, and helping Said Differently advance its partner status and opportunity pipeline.
Expectations of the Role
Act as the primary point of contact for all North American channel partners.
Manage deal registrations and partner data, ensuring alignment with Said Differently’s sales pipeline to connect software and services opportunities.
Expand Said Differently’s network within existing partnerships and identify new partnership prospects aligned with business goals.
Oversee partnership-level compliance and promotion, including certifications, specializations, and status maintenance, especially with Adobe.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation across partner portals, dashboards, and internal systems.
Collaborate with regional sales leads to drive partner-related opportunities and co-selling activities.
Support trade show planning and execution with channel partners across North America.
Identify net new partnerships that are additive to the core business.

Lead flow from partner channels is increasing, supported by alignment between partner programs, sales teams, account planning, marketing initiatives and events.
Certifications and specializations are current and expanding, managed proactively with technology and resource teams.
New partnership opportunities are identified and assessed for strategic and commercial fit, adding depth to Said Differently’s service portfolio.
Partner events and trade shows are well-coordinated, intentional, and yield meaningful engagement.
Internal teams trust and use partnership data to inform decisions, forecasts, and strategic planning.
Background and Skills Required
7+ years of experience within a digital agency or systems integrator managing partnerships (Adobe and Shopify required; BigCommerce and Odoo experience a plus).
Established network within Adobe and Shopify ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage partnership operations, including deal registration, certification tracking, and partner performance measurement.
Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills.
Understanding of how agency partnerships are measured, promoted, and demoted.
Sales experience or strong sales acumen preferred.

Working Conditions
This is a remote position based in North America. The role requires regular virtual collaboration and periodic travel for partner meetings, trade shows, and internal planning sessions. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to:
Communicate effectively in person, over video, and in writing.
Operate a computer and other standard office equipment for extended periods.
Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for events and partner engagements (estimated 20–30% travel).
Manage multiple priorities in a home-based work environment.
