All Around Waiter CDD (fixed term) - Courtyard Brussels EU

***This is a CDD/fixed term part time position***

We are searching for a restaurant waiter who likes to work fulltime during our high demand season. As a waiter you will work in our hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU and our restaurant Le Cinquante et Un.

Our restaurant wants to be known as a place that offers a good, personalized service in a cozy and familiar atmosphere. You work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food quality, quantity, presentation and service is up to standards and will keep customers interested in returning.

Duties and Responsibilities

-     Preparing mise en place

-     Welcoming guests

-     Answering questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions

-     Providing guests suggestions for food and drinks

-     Serving all types of drinks and food

-     Maintaining a good contact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints

-     Taking orders and payments

-     Making sure that restaurant and bar are clean at all times

Your profile

You are an experienced F&B person, positive, flexible and you know how the deal with stress. The knowledge of English and French is a must, Dutch a plus.
