If you're an MSP engineer who takes pride in clean, well-designed environments and prefers getting ahead of problems rather than chasing them, this role is for you. Your job is to assess client environments, understand how they compare to our best practice blueprint, and ensure our customer environments are stable, secure, and modern.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll run structured alignment assessments with customers across Microsoft 365, Intune, identity, security baselines, and cloud/onsite infrastructure, identifying risks and misconfigurations before they become problems. You’ll pair with our Technology Success Managers to turn your findings into clear roadmaps, help strengthen our standards library, and work directly with stakeholders during onsite visits — not only to fix things, but to ensure everything aligns with how it should be built.
