Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Albanian Player Support Specialist in our thriving gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will be the go-to support champion for our Albanian-speaking player community, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance and an enjoyable gaming experience.
As a Player Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include addressing player inquiries, troubleshooting game-related issues, and providing a friendly and supportive environment for our users. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about gaming and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with our players.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding support to Albanian-speaking players through email, chat, and social media
• Resolve technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related inquiries
• Record and track customer interactions in our support database effectively
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex player inquiries
• Collect and communicate player feedback for continuous improvement
• Enhance the overall player experience by fostering a positive community
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and updates
Requirements:
• Fluency in Albanian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in player support or a customer-facing role is a plus
• Strong passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming culture
• Effective problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with customer support software and gaming platforms is advantageous
