As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our digital platforms, ensuring that clients can engage confidently in a secure online space. Responsibilities

• Monitor digital content and activities to detect potential safety risks and violations
• Investigate and respond to safety reports and client concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols
• Educate clients on best practices to maintain their digital trust and safety
• Analyze data related to safety trends and produce reports to guide improvements

Requirements:
• Fluency in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience in digital trust and safety, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities capable of conveying complex information clearly
