The Airport Representative is responsible for welcoming guests at the airport, assisting them with arrivals and departures, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a smooth transfer experience between the airport and the property (hotel/resort/agency). The role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate with the hotel’s front office or transportation team regarding guest arrival and departure times.
• Ensure accurate and timely guest pick-up and drop-off services.
• Maintain up-to-date flight information and communicate any changes or delays to the concerned departments.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures when required.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property and local area, and ensure a warm welcome experience.
• Coordinate with drivers, travel agents, and other service providers for smooth airport transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and report them promptly to management.
• Represent the company/hotel brand positively at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, or airline industry).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Customer-service-oriented and professional appearance.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of airport protocols and local transportation services.
