• Conduct in-depth assessments of airline flight operations, including policies and procedures, scheduling, dispatch, flight training programs, standardization, quality assurance, and safety management systems (SMS)

• Perform flight and simulator observations to collect critical operational data supporting safety and compliance recommendations

• Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify and address underlying safety and operational issues

• Collaborate with airline customers to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies aligned with Boeing’s safety initiatives and continuous accident reduction goals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline leadership at all levels, including executive management, to influence safety culture and operational excellence

• Oversee all aspects of AOSS customer engagement planning and execution, including personnel coordination, travel logistics, security and access arrangements, scheduling, data analysis, and presentation of findings

• Deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to Boeing and airline leadership, driving continuous improvement in flight operations safety and compliance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in the airline industry with demonstrated expertise in flight operations, safety, training, and/or leadership

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in complex operational environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior airline executives and diverse stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate complex logistics, and deliver results under tight deadlines

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 40%), primarily to international locations

• Familiarity with Boeing aircraft operations, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices is highly desirable

Additional Information:

• Successful applicants will be classified as International Locally Hired Employees (ILHE), this is not an expat assignment.

• Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.
