BGS is seeking Aircrew Flight Equipment Technicians to support maintenance operations at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Successful candidates will contribute to critical flight-line support and equipment readiness in a dynamic operational environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair aircrew flight equipment, including survival gear, helmets, oxygen masks, harnesses, parachutes, anti-G suits, communication equipment, and other life-support systems.
• Follow established procedures and technical orders to maintain equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of aircrew flight equipment to ensure proper functionality, serviceability, and compliance with technical specifications.
• Fabricates and modifies Aircrew Flight Equipment according to technical specifications.
• Provide training and guidance to aircrew members on the proper use, maintenance, and emergency procedures related to aircrew flight equipment.
• Able to assign and perform CUT (Cross Utilization Training) as required.
• Works under general supervision.

This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Aircrew Flight Equipment Systems.
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15).
• Military or vocational school related to discipline or equivalent.
