As an Air Agent, you will work in an operational role, handling export shipments and ensuring all required export documentation is accurately processed.
Responsibilities: 
• Track and Trace shipments.
• Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation - including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other Expeditors offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and person to person.
• Accurate and timely client billing.
• Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships
• Maintain compliance standards at all times
• Meet key performance indicators to support department, branch, product, and company goals.
• Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience from a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in standard office applications, including Outlook and Excel
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English
