Job Description
1、Design and implement seller training programs tailored to the Spanish market, enhancing sellers' operational capabilities on the Ali International platform. 2、Analyze seller needs and customize training content in engaging formats (eg. tutorials, infographics, videos), covering aspects such as product listing, marketing strategies, and customer service. 3、Collaborate closely with product and operation teams to ensure training content aligns with the platform's latest features and market trends. 4、Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously refine training programs to grow sellers' usage on learning platform and improve sellers' performance on Ali international platform. 5、leverage automation & AI to improve efficiency en seller operations
Position Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Education, or related fields. 2、More than 5 years of experience in training or massive seller management, with a preference for e-commerce or seller training background. 3、Familiarity with the Spanish market and a strong understanding of sellers' needs and market insights. 4、Excellent communication and visual design skills, capable of engaging sellers and fostering their learning interest. 5、Effective project management skills, able to independently plan and execute training projects, ensuring high-quality delivery. 6、Good data analysis skills is a plus
