Job Description
- Report to Marketing Director on day to day basis. - Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive engagement, retention, and brand visibility. - Lead and mentor the internal social media team. - Manage external social media agencies, ensuring alignment with strategy, content quality and performance goals. - Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns, providing support to the paid social team as needed. - Design and oversee programs for brand ambassadors, KOLs and content creators to maximize impact on the community and brand. - Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to increase marketplace visibility. - Track and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs, engagement, traffic, community growth) and recommend improvements. - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in e-commerce. - Manage the social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for campaigns, content creation, agency fees, and collaborations.
Position Requirement
- 2 to 3 years proven experience leading social media for e-commerce or marketplaces toward 2C target audience. - Experience managing external agencies and coordinating internal social media teams. - Hands-on experience with ambassador programs, KOLs, content creators, and partnerships. - Budget management experience, including planning and tracking spend for campaigns and collaborations. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize social media strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Creativity to develop campaigns and content that resonate with the community and users.
