We believe AI is fundamentally transforming how brands create marketing content. We’re building an in-house AI video production operation that produces hundreds of high-converting short-form videos per month—without a single physical studio, camera, or live creator. This is the future of performance marketing, and we’re going all in.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an AI Video Marketing Producer to own our entire AI-powered video content pipeline from end to end. This is not a traditional video editor or social media manager role. You will be responsible for scripting, producing, and iterating on short-form video ads and organic content using cutting-edge AI video generation tools—and managing an outsourced creative team to produce content at scale.

Your work must convert. Every video you produce is built for performance: TikTok ads, Meta ads, YouTube Shorts, and organic TikTok/Instagram content. You’ll analyze what’s working, kill what isn’t, and iterate relentlessly. We’re not making content for content’s sake—we’re building a creative engine that drives revenue.

Target output: 250–300+ videos per month (a combination of your personal production and your outsourced team’s output), plus static images and thumbnails for ad campaigns.

No physical production. No real-life creators. No studio shoots. Everything is AI-generated: animated explainers, AI UGC-style talking heads, product demos, testimonial-style content, and more—all built with AI tools.

Core Responsibilities

AI Video Production & Creative Execution

• Produce 5–10+ short-form videos per day personally using AI video generation tools (Weevie.ai, Nano Banana Pro, Google VEO 3, SeeDance 2.0, Kling 3.0, and emerging platforms)

• Create a variety of ad formats: AI UGC-style talking heads, animated product explainers, testimonial-style content, before/after sequences, trending format recreations, and educational clips

• Develop and maintain a library of reusable AI avatars, voice profiles, templates, and brand assets optimized for each tool

• Stay on the absolute cutting edge of AI video technology—test new tools weekly, evaluate output quality, and integrate the best into your workflow

• Produce static ad creatives, thumbnails, and images for campaigns using AI image generation tools

Scripting & Direct Response Creative Strategy

• Write high-converting scripts and hooks for every video—you must understand direct response principles, not just video production

• Study top-performing ads across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube to reverse-engineer winning hooks, structures, and CTAs

• Develop and maintain a hook library and script framework system for rapid content creation

• Adapt scripts and creative angles for different platforms, audiences, and products across our 200+ SKU catalog

• A/B test creative variables systematically: hooks, CTAs, visual styles, pacing, music, and avatar selection

Performance Analysis & Creative Iteration

• Own the creative testing loop: produce → launch → analyze → iterate

• Track and analyze key creative metrics: thumb-stop rate, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS

• Build and maintain a creative performance dashboard or tracker to identify winners and losers quickly

• Provide weekly creative performance reports with actionable insights on what’s converting and why

• Use data to inform the next batch of creative—every production cycle should be smarter than the last

Outsourced Team Management & Scaling

• Recruit, onboard, and manage an outsourced team of AI video creators to scale production to 250–300+ videos per month

• Create SOPs, templates, brand guidelines, and quality standards for the outsourced team

• Manage the outsourced team’s budget, timelines, and deliverables

• Implement quality control processes—review all outsourced content before it goes live

• Continuously train the team on new AI tools and techniques as they emerge

Ad Compliance & Platform Safety

• Ensure all video content complies with FDA and FTC advertising guidelines for dietary supplements

• Review creative for prohibited claims, misleading visuals, and platform policy violations before publishing

• Stay current on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad policies—especially for health and wellness categories

• Work with the marketing team to maintain compliant claim libraries and approved messaging frameworks

• Protect our ad accounts: your content should never be the reason an account gets flagged or banned

AI Tool Evaluation & Team Training

• Continuously evaluate new AI video, image, and audio generation tools as they launch

• Maintain an internal knowledge base of AI tool capabilities, best practices, and workflows

• Train internal team members on AI video production tools and techniques

• Recommend tool investments and build the business case for new platform subscriptions

• Develop automation workflows to increase production efficiency (batch rendering, template systems, etc.)

Collaboration & Communication

• Work directly with the CEO and executive marketing team on creative strategy and priorities

• Participate in weekly syncs with milestones, blockers, and deliverables

• Collaborate with the media buying team to align creative production with campaign needs

• Document workflows, create reusable templates, and build institutional knowledge around AI video production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, video production, or performance creative—with a strong portfolio of AI-generated video content

• Demonstrated proficiency with AI video generation tools: Weevie.ai, Nano Banana Pro, Google VEO 3, SeeDance 2.0, Kling 3.0, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or equivalent platforms. We want to see that you’ve shipped real campaigns with these tools.

• Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles—you know what makes a video ad convert, not just look good

• Experience running or managing creative for paid media campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and/or YouTube

• Familiarity with FDA/FTC advertising guidelines for supplements and health products (or a willingness to learn quickly)

• Experience managing outsourced teams or freelancers for creative production

• Proficiency with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, Leonardo, etc.) for static ad creatives

• Strong written communication—you’ll be writing scripts, prompts, and SOPs daily

• Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing ad performance metrics and making creative decisions based on data

• Highly organized and able to manage high-volume output without sacrificing quality

• Tech-savvy and self-directed—able to learn new AI tools quickly and figure things out independently

Bonus Points

• Direct experience in the supplement, health & wellness, or DTC eCommerce space

• Experience with TikTok Shop organic content and creator-style video formats

• Background in motion graphics, animation, or traditional video editing (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut)

• Experience with prompt engineering for image and video generation models

• Knowledge of AI voice cloning and text-to-speech tools for voiceover production

• Previous work building creative SOPs and scaling outsourced content teams

• Experience with creative analytics tools (Motion, Triple Whale, Foreplay, or ad spy tools)

• Understanding of landing page and funnel design as it relates to ad creative strategy

Key Outcomes (First 90 Days)

• Producing 250–300+ AI-generated videos per month (personally + outsourced team combined)

• Built and managing a reliable outsourced creative team with SOPs, quality standards, and a consistent output pipeline

• Established a creative testing framework with measurable performance tracking across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube

• Identified and documented top-performing creative formats, hooks, and angles for our product catalog

• Demonstrated measurable improvement in ad creative performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, or ROAS)

• Created a comprehensive library of AI avatars, voice profiles, templates, and reusable brand assets

• Documented all workflows, tools, and processes so the system can scale beyond one person

• Established a rhythm of rapid iteration with the CEO and marketing team—weekly reviews, data-driven decisions

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 DOE

• Generous quarterly performance bonuses tied to ad creative performance metrics—when your videos win, you get paid. Top performers can earn significantly above base salary.
