🎯 About the Role

We’re hiring a high-output AI Video Editor with a performance mindset and a sharp eye for trends. You’ll work on short-form direct-response creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, using cutting-edge AI tools to scale and iterate faster than traditional workflows allow.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance creative, understands what makes users click (and convert), and thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Edit and deliver scroll-stopping short-form video ads for paid channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Use AI tools (Runway, Descript, Pika, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.) to enhance productivity and scale creative variations
• Apply direct-response editing best practices: compelling hooks, rapid pacing, strategic CTAs, subtitles, and overlays
• Collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, and funnel strategists to turn performance data into creative iterations
• Execute multiple A/B test versions across products, geos, and audiences
• Maintain a well-organized asset system for easy tracking, versioning, and reuse

Requirements:
✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on video editing experience — ideally in performance marketing or DTC
• A killer portfolio or reel featuring direct-response creatives and short-form ads
• Proficiency in AI editing tools: Runway, Pika, Descript, Synthesia, or similar
• Skilled with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Deep understanding of ad performance metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS — and how to edit for them
• Ability to meet fast turnarounds and juggle multiple deliverables without dropping quality
• Familiarity with affiliate offers, lead gen, funnels, or UGC-style ads
