We are currently seeking a talented AI Video Creator to join our creative team. In this role, you will use AI tools and techniques to design and improve video content, creating engaging visuals that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI-powered videos daily using company-developed AI software, following assigned themes and creative guidelines.
• Ensure all content complies with YouTube policies and copyright regulations.
• Upload and publish videos manually via personal phone.
• Maintain accurate reporting in Google Sheets and organize files properly in Google Drive.
• Deliver the agreed volume of content on schedule and take full responsibility for final content quality and publication.
• Identify video ideas independently or generate them using AI tools in alignment with assigned themes and content direction.
• Collaborate closely with the manager to review and approve concepts and final videos, promptly reporting any issues, risks, or questions that arise during production.
• Evaluate AI-generated results and improve them manually when needed, including regenerating scenes, rearranging visuals, and performing light video editing.
• Create metadata for each video using AI, including titles, descriptions, and hashtags.

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and image generation.
• Strong understanding of AI prompt engineering and ability to generate consistent, high-quality results.
• Basic video editing skills (manual adjustments, rearranging scenes, regenerating content, light post-production)
• Knowledge of YouTube content policies and copyright rules.
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher.
• Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet daily production deadlines.
• Responsible, result-oriented, proactive, and able to critically evaluate and improve AI output.
• Creative mindset with ability to identify trends and generate ideas independently.
• Ability to work within EU time zone.
