What you will do

As our new Creative Director of AI Video, you take artistic oversight of our video production process using cutting-edge AI technology to bring ideas to life visually. You'll tackle the big questions: How do you grab attention and keep audiences engaged? What combination of tools, techniques and talent yields the best results? And how do we maintain quality while moving at the speed of AI? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company's success. On a typical day, your tasks may include:

• Creating videos and visual content using internal and third-party AI tools across multiple genres and formats

• Building scalable AI video production workflows that go from concept to content in lightspeed

• A/B testing visual styles, formats, and storytelling approaches to maximize engagement and watchtime

• Staying ahead of visual trends across social media platforms to lead the curve rather than follow it

• Building comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration

• Managing partner creators in a scalable yet productive manner

• Keeping artistic oversight to maintain brand standards across all products

• Collaborating with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems and output quality

Who you are

You're a creative professional who bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and viral content creation. Your expertise lies not just in mastering the latest tools, but in understanding what makes content resonate with audiences. You work at the intersection of technical innovation and cultural relevance, translating ideas into compelling visual stories. Typically, your profile will look like this:

• Extensive portfolio of AI-generated content across diverse visual styles and formats

• Expert-level proficiency with AI video tools as well as traditional production software

• Good knowledge of platform-specific optimization and audience engagement strategies

• Experience in managing creative workflows and production pipelines

• Communication skills to enable collaboration across production, marketing, and engineering

• You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

• Colleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistent

• You’re obsessed with video and entertainment as a whole

• Bonus: Track record of creating viral shortform content or popular long-form formats

What the process will look like

We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP.

Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage:

• Take-home case study: Real-world project - showcase your skills and working style

• Case interview: 90-minute case discussion - present and debate your results with a team member

• Online assessment: Motivational questionnaire and aptitude test - are you made for the job?

• Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO - going deep on all topics

• Team interview: Individual or group interview with other team members - depending on position

• Offer, Contract signing and Onboarding
