About the Role

We’re not hiring a video editor.
We’re hiring a Video Content Ninja.

Your job is simple (but not easy):
👉 Create 100+ high-quality videos per week using AI tools and creative systems.

You’ll be producing content for ScaleSource (and other assigned brands) across:
• Social media
• Paid ads
• Sales funnels
• Educational content

Think:
🎯 Alex Hormozi hooks + MrBeast energy + AI-powered scale

This is a high-output, AI-first role. You will not succeed here if you rely on manual editing alone.

🎬 What You’ll Produce (Weekly)

🎥 Long-Form Content (10/week)
• Webinars
• Podcast-style videos
• Story-driven content
• AI avatar storytelling series

💰 Ad Creative (20/week)
• High-converting ads
• Scroll-stopping hooks
• Fun, engaging, high-energy formats

📱 Short-Form Content (70+ clips/week)
• Clips from long-form content
• Platform-specific versions for:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• YouTube Shorts
• TikTok
• LinkedIn

Includes:
• Hooks
• Captions
• Subtitles
• Thumbnails

⚙️ How You’ll Do It (AI-FIRST)

You should already be using tools like:
• HeyGen / Synthesia (AI avatars)
• Descript / OpusClip / CapCut
• Runway / MidJourney
• ChatGPT / Claude

👉 You are building a content machine, not editing one video at a time.

• 100+ videos per week
• 500+ videos per month
• Constant iteration and improvement
• Content that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions

💰 Bonus Structure

Earn an additional $500/month when you produce 500+ usable, quality-approved videos.

“Usable” means:
• Meets brand quality standards
• Proper format for platform
• Includes captions, clean edits, and hooks
• Approved by team for publishing

🧠 Who You Are
• Fast, creative, and obsessed with output
• Understand hooks, retention, and performance
• Comfortable producing 10–20+ videos per day
• AI-native (not learning… already using)
• Not precious about content — you iterate constantly

This is a high-output role.
If you are not comfortable producing content at scale using AI tools, this role is not a fit.

Benefits:
💸 Compensation:
• $1,250/month (first 90 days)
• $1,500/month after 90-day review
• $500/month bonus for producing 500+ usable videos
