Role Overview

Mint Source is hiring an AI Video Content Generator to help an AI video production team ship high-performing content across social and growth channels. You’ll turn briefs and ideas into polished videos by combining AI generation with thoughtful editing, motion, and sound. Expect a balanced mix of independent making and close collaboration with creative leads and marketers. Success looks like steady weekly output, strong storytelling, and clean delivery across multiple formats. If you enjoy rapid experimentation with cutting-edge tools and turning prompts into scroll-stopping visuals, this role will keep you energized.

What You’ll Do

Generate short- and long-form videos using AI tools across multiple styles, tones, and formats

Edit and refine outputs for pacing, narrative clarity, and platform best practices

Draft prompts, iterate quickly, and fine-tune model settings to improve visual fidelity and consistency

Create clean cuts, captions, subtitles, and light motion graphics to boost watchability

Adapt content to 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 with on-brand framing, titling, and safe margins

Leverage Claude Code for scripting, beat outlines, and lightweight workflow automation

Use AI video platforms like Veo 3, Higgsfield. and Flora to stylize, extend, and upscale footage

Organize assets, maintain templates and presets, and keep a tidy, versioned project structure

Collaborate with producers and marketers to align on briefs, hooks, and success criteria

Review quality before handoff, ensuring clean audio, color consistency, and export specs are met

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in creating or editing digital AI video content, with a portfolio that shows taste and range

Hands-on experience with AI video generation and prompt iteration

Comfort with common editors such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or similar for polishing and assembly

Familiarity with Claude Code, Veo 3, Higgsfield, and Flora or comparable tools to streamline scripting and generation

Strong attention to detail and a thoughtful, methodical approach that reduces revisions

Creative problem solver who can turn ambiguous briefs into clear visual stories

Proactive communicator who thrives in a 50/50 split of independent work and collaboration

Working knowledge of social platform norms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and why content succeeds there

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Agreed weekly video output consistently met or exceeded while maintaining quality standards

On-time delivery rate for drafts and finals against production schedules

Average revision rounds kept within the agreed threshold through clear briefs and clean execution

View-through and retention improvements across target platforms over time

30/60/90: Onboard and ship initial batch by 30 days, standardize templates and workflows by 60, consistently meet output goals and improve creative performance by 90
