• Identify reasoning errors, weaknesses, and failure modes in model outputs
• Apply adversarial prompting techniques to surface gaps in model understanding
• Provide expert-level feedback on model responses across molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, and related subfields
• Collaborate with project leads to maintain high quality and consistency standards
What We're Looking For
• PhD in Biology or a closely related life sciences field
• Deep subject matter expertise — ability to work at PhD-level complexity
• Prior experience in AI data annotation or RLHF (hands-on tasking)
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Permanently based in the US
Extra Credit
• Research experience with published work in a reputable biological journal
• Experience with adversarial prompting, red teaming, or model evaluation strongly preferred
• Teaching experience (professor, lecturer, or tutor in biology or related fields)
• Experience in technical writing, science communication, or professional scientific writing
