We are building a distributed AI Transformation Network to execute and scale AI across the organization. As an AI Transformation Lead, you will own AI execution and value realization within a specific business or platform domain.

What you'll do:

• Own and manage the end to end AI transformation roadmap for your domain

• Drive AI initiatives from MVP to scale, ensuring production readiness and adoption

• Apply structured lifecycle management from ideation through operationalized capability

• Track, validate, and report AI value across efficiency, quality, and cost savings

• Define KPIs, success criteria, and adoption metrics per initiative

• Ensure reuse of AI components, agents, prompts, and patterns across domains

• Enforce AI standards, governance, and paved execution paths

• Surface risks, dependencies, and scaling blockers early and proactively

Who you are:

• Proven experience in PMO, FinOps, Transformation Office, or Value Office roles

• Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross functional initiatives with measurable outcomes

• Solid understanding of AI concepts, including automation, agents, models, and data dependencies

• Experience moving initiatives from pilot or MVP into scaled, operational delivery

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in value tracking, ROI, or benefits realization

• Excellent stakeholder management and execution discipline

• Ability to operate with ambiguity while maintaining structure and accountability

Advantage:

• Hands on experience working with AI, automation, or data driven products

• Background in platform, operations, or large scale transformation programs

• Experience defining standards, playbooks, or governance frameworks
