AI Transformation Internship (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about the future of technology? Join our AI Transformation Team in Munich for a 3–6 month internship where business strategy meets technical innovation. By joining us, you will gain deep, hands-on expertise in AI enablement, stakeholder management, and agent-based automation - key fields that define modern organizational growth.

• Workshop Design & Facilitation: You design, organize, and co-facilitate AI workshops with department teams — from pain-point discovery to agent identification and prototype validation
• Use Case & Agent Discovery: You collaborate with department champions to identify, document, and prioritize team/domain-specific AI agents
• Hands-On Prototyping: You build and test AI agent prototypes using low-code platforms (e.g., Dataleap, n8n) - turning workshop ideas into working demos
• Content & Playbook Creation: You create the EGYM AI Playbook — internal guides, prompt libraries, and best-practice docs that help teams master AI tools
• Champions Network Support: You keep the AI Champions community running — schedule meetings, track progress, curate best practices, maintain our Slack channel
• External Partner Coordination: You support evaluate AI tool vendors and startups, support pilot scoping, and coordinate with consulting partners

Your fitness level:
• Education: You are in your final semesters or recently graduated in Business, Innovation Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Self-Starter: You see a gap and fill it. No one needs to hand you a manual
• AI-Literate: You've used ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot — and ideally have hands-on experience with at least one low-code automation tool (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Communicator & Organizer: You enjoy bringing people together. Experience in workshop moderation or creating educational content is a strong plus
• Data-Comfortable: You can pull basic metrics, track KPIs, and help prove that AI interventions are actually working
• Languages: You have business-level English proficiency; German is a plus
