THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

We are looking for a TECH-SAVY DESIGNER with experience in AI and prompting to join our team and help shape the next generation of AI-enabled content, products, and user experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and artificial intelligence, combining strong design skills with hands-on experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to scale creativity, speed, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual, digital, and content experiences supported by AI tools.

Use AI models and generative tools (text, image, video, or multimodal) as part of the creative and production workflow.

Create, test, and refine prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs aligned with design and business goals.

Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams to integrate AI-driven design solutions.

Translate business and user needs into clear design concepts, prototypes, and assets.

Continuously explore new AI capabilities, tools, and trends to improve design processes and outcomes.

Ensure brand consistency, usability, and quality across all AI-assisted outputs.Serve as a technical thought partner for teams building AI products—without managing people directly.

Hard Skills

Proven experience as a designer (digital, product, UX/UI, content, or visual design). (Required).

Strong proficiency with design and production tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, NotebookLM, elevenlabs, heygen, midjouney, veo 3, nano banana, etc.). (Required).

Hands-on experience using AI and generative tools in a design or creative context. (Required).

Solid understanding of prompting techniques and how to iterate prompts for better results. (Required).

Experience designing AI-generated content at scale. (Preferred).

Familiarity with data-driven design or personalization. (Preferred).

Basic understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, generative models, workflows). (Preferred).

Experience working in cross-functional or enterprise environments. (Preferred).

Soft skills

Comfortable working in tech-driven and fast-paced environments. (Required).

Strong communication skills and ability to explain design and AI-driven decisions clearly. (Required).

Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and willingness to learn continuously. (Required).
