AI Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Tech Lead with expertise in Computer Vision and a strong focus on deploying AI solutions on edge devices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI-powered Computer Vision solutions that run efficiently on edge hardware. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and delivering scalable, real-time AI applications for our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities::
• Lead the development and deployment of Computer Vision models tailored for edge devices, ensuring high performance and low latency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver robust AI solutions.
• Research and stay up-to-date with advancements in edge computing, computer vision algorithms, and AI frameworks to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Optimize machine learning models for inference on edge devices by leveraging techniques such as quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Participate in strategic decision-making to align AI initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Experience::
• Proven experience in computer vision, with a focus on deploying solutions on edge devices.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, PyTorch Mobile, or similar.
• Strong understanding of edge AI hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Google Coral, Qualcomm AI Engine) will be a plus
• Expertise in optimizing deep learning models for low power and memory-constrained environments.
