AI Tech Delivery Specialist (CoE)

Your mission:

In this role, you'll own the technical delivery of AI solutions: implementing OOTB products, managing project execution within scope and timeline, and ensuring every technical component meets our rigorous standards. You'll be the technical bridge between solution design and working systems, making AI transformation a reality for our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Technical Solution Delivery• Implement AI solutions using OOTB products and standard approaches
• Execute technical project phases according to defined timelines and budgets
• Manage scope adherence and prevent scope creep through technical controls
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality and standards requirements

• Project Execution & Management• Own technical implementation from handoff through go-live
• Coordinate technical activities across project phases
• Manage technical resources and timeline commitments
• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery progress

• Standards Implementation & Ownership• Implement and maintain technical standards across all deliveries
• Ensure compliance with architectural and design guidelines
• Drive adoption of approved tools, methods, and practices
• Act as owner of technical implementation excellence

• Customer & Team Collaboration• Interface with customers on technical implementation requirements
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical feasibility and design
• Work with Technical Support Engineers to ensure smooth solution handoff
• Coordinate with Center of Excellence on delivery readiness
• Enhance and maintain self-help repositories such as knowledge bases, Q&As, and learning platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Team to ensure strong feedback loops, driving continuous service improvement.
• Work with the AI Context Team to boost the accuracy and performance of our machine learning models and product offerings.

Your profile:
• Educational Background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Technical Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in AI, automation, or enterprise software
• Technical Skills:
- Strong background in OOTB product implementation and configuration
- Knowledge of Javascript
- Experience with database management (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB), understanding how to structure and manage data efficiently for varied use cases.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, API integrations, and technical project delivery
- Knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems and integration patterns
- Experience with Prompt Engineering for LLMs.

- You excel at breaking down complex problems and delivering clean, effective solutions.
- Data driven mindset, skill in making quick, well-founded decisions by considering various options and selecting the best solution.
-Capacity to generate new and effective solutions to challenging problems by thinking "outside the box" and applying creative approaches.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Understanding of technical standards, architecture, and compliance requirements
• Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments
- You’re also unafraid to ask for help when needed. 

 
Nice to have:• Experience in finance domains such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), FP&A, or other GBS use cases is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Salesforce.
• Experience in JavaScript and knowledge of Python web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
