You’ll work with top tier financial institutions to help shape their AI agenda; and plan and execute their AI journey. You’ll guide teams in identifying high-value use cases; ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business strategy, ethically sound, and delivering measurable value.
Our fast-growing portfolio of assignments will allow you to further develop as senior expert. Beyond client work, you’ll also contribute to internal AI initiatives within our AI Lab. You’ll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions and inspiring colleagues across Projective Group with your knowledge and vision.

What will you do?
As an AI Strategy & Use Case Lead you will shape how AI and GenAI create real, measurable value for our clients, bridging strategy, technology, and responsible adoption in highly regulated environments.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining an AI strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate goals and target operating models
• Identifying, assessing, and prioritising AI and GenAI use cases together with business and technical teams
• Building business cases for AI initiatives, including value hypotheses, cost estimates, and risk assessments
• Defining success metrics for AI solutions and overseeing measurement and continuous improvement
• Ensuring responsible and ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and regulatory compliance
• Staying on top of AI trends, vendors, and regulatory developments, translating them into concrete implications for clients
