Schedule: Full-Time; 1:00 AM- 6:00 PM Eastern Standerd Time

We are seeking an AI Strategy Consultant with deep expertise in e-commerce, retail, and logistics to help our clients identify, design, and implement high-impact AI solutions. The ideal candidate is both analytically sharp and strategically creative — capable of translating business pain points into actionable, data-driven AI roadmaps.

You’ll work closely with the Founder to perform client analyses, develop tailored AI strategies, and present insights to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Analysis

• Conduct ROI modeling and analyze client operations (e.g., inventory costs, ad spend, labor scheduling) to assess potential AI impact.
• Perform AI readiness assessments focused on data, technology, staff capability, and business alignment.
• Develop clear, actionable AI Roadmaps prioritizing high-impact, cost-effective AI use cases.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards for all client information.

Technical & Analytical Expertise

• Execute predictive analytics and demand forecasting for both e-commerce and retail channels.
• Analyze inventory and supply chain operations to recommend AI-driven optimizations.
• Evaluate retail and warehouse processes to identify automation opportunities.

Platform & Software Proficiency

• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and e-commerce AI tools (e.g., Helium 10, BQool, Seller Snap, RestockPro, Jungle Scout).
• Familiarity with POS, ERP, and AI-powered inventory platforms (e.g., C3 AI).
• Experience with enterprise-grade AI tools such as OpenAI API or Google Vertex AI.

Communication & Professionalism

• Present analytical findings and AI strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop standardized templates and reports for consistent client delivery.
• Work independently with strong accountability and excellent communication in English.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in AI strategy, data analytics, or digital transformation, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling, business analysis, and AI solution design.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.
