Come AI Specialist, sarai il ponte tra il mondo delle tecnologie emergenti e le esigenze del nostro business. Faciliterai il cambiamento, aiutando l'Azienda a valorizzare l'Intelligenza Artificiale per rendere i processi più fluidi e le decisioni più consapevoli. La tua sfida sarà quella di diffondere la "cultura dell'AI" all'interno del Gruppo, rendendo la tecnologia un alleato quotidiano per i nostri team.

Le tue Responsabilità:

• AI Project Management & Support: Coordinerai progetti innovativi, ascoltando gli stakeholder interni per trasformare i loro bisogni in soluzioni concrete basate sull'AI.

• Development & Prototyping: Parteciperai alla creazione e prototipazione di tools basati su Generative AI (come assistenti virtuali e generatori di contenuti) e algoritmi di Advanced Analytics.

• Tech Implementation: Personalizzerai e implementerai tool AI e tecnologie (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude) in supporto al business

• Training & Adoption: Sarai un punto di riferimento per i colleghi, guidandoli nell'adozione delle nuove tecnologie attraverso attività di formazione ad hoc

• Monitoring: Osserverai l'evoluzione del panorama tecnologico esterno, assicurandoti di portare all'interno del Gruppo le innovazioni in linea con il nostro contesto.

• Percorso Accademico: Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, AI, Data Science, Matematica, Statistica o percorsi affini che ti abbiano dato una solida base logica.

• Competenze Tecniche: Padronanza di Python e SQL per muoverti con agilità tra database e algoritmi.

• Passione per l'Innovazione: Un interesse e passione per la Generative AI e il Prompt Engineering.

• Mindset Analitico: Conoscenza dei principi di statistica e machine learning.

• Doti Comunicative: La capacità di interfacciarti con chi non ha un background tecnico e veicolare concetti complessi

• Soft Skills: Curiosità, attitudine al continuous learning e una base di Project Management.

• Lingue: Ottima padronanza dell'inglese (livello B2 o superiore), fondamentale per confrontarsi con un contesto internazionale.
