Job Description – AI Specialist

Responsibilities And Duties

The role is expected to quickly deliver AI PoCs and MVPs to validate business value, while ensuring solutions are enterprise‑safe and scalable

Enable the IT division to effectively use AI in their day-to-day activities

Collaborate with business users in their AI-driven initiatives

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom automation solutions

Analyze business processes and operational workflows to identify automation opportunities and propose AI-driven solutions

Analyze tools and vendor offerings to identify opportunities for business value

Ensure all AI-driven initiatives and automation activities are in line with information security best practices

Document best practices and create guidelines for using AI tools

Stay up to date and share knowledge on advancements in AI and automation

Experience

5+ years of overall IT experience

2+ years of experience as an AI specialist, RPA developer, or prompt engineer

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of data science and software engineering fundamentals

Hands-on experience designing and iterating prompts for leading AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot

Experience with RPA platforms, preferably Microsoft Power Automate (including Power Automate Desktop) and Microsoft Playwright

Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and knowledge organization

Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python

Ability to design AI solutions that provide explainable outputs and can be reviewed from a security, compliance, and audit perspective

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

Strong interest in generative AI, automation, and modern software platforms, e.g., LLMs, GPTs, agents, APIs, low-code/no-code tools

Professional Skills

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative

Demonstrated ownership mindset, including documentation, testing, and support of deployed solutions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex business requirements

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Qualifications

BSc in Computer Science or Engineering
