The FCU Technology team at PwC Polska includes over 100 IT specialists. The financial services industry operates in a challenging environment due to global economic pressures, increasing regulatory and capital requirements, and significant operational and technological changes. As FCU Technology, we provide innovative technological solutions, data analytics and consulting services for global PwC clients, responding to key challenges in the area of Anti Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering, Combating Terrorism Financing, Fraud Risk Management, FATCA and implementation of financial sanctions, etc.)

We are looking for:

AI Solutions Delivery Manager | R&D team 

Your future role:

• Manage the delivery of AI technology projects — Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI technology projects—defining solutions, translating complex capabilities into user-centric features, managing the full product lifecycle, and prioritizing the backlog to align with business goals, regulations, and user needs, 

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, engineers, designers, compliance experts) to deliver innovative features,

• Lead product demos and stakeholder sessions, 

• Measure and calculate the impact of AI solutions—define key metrics, analyze outcomes, and clearly communicate results,

• Develop commercial proposals for AI solutions, aligning technology capabilities with business objectives, prepare effort and cost estimations.

Apply if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and data-driven solutions, with proven ability to design and implement AI-powered products addressing complex business challenges,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deconstruct business problems and shape AI-enabled solutions, including practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) for commercial use,

• Have skills in prioritizing tasks dynamically and leading teams to deliver AI initiatives, applying project management frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) effectively,

• Data-driven mindset with focus on product metrics, user impact, and continuous improvement; confident communicator who secures stakeholder buy-in and energizes teams, 

• Preferred: STEM degree (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, automation, or related disciplines).
