We are currently seeking a Senior AI Solutions Consultant on behalf of our client, a global leader in the automotive propulsion and powertrain industry.

Our client is a pioneering supplier of next-generation mobility solutions, operating a vast network of R&D centers and manufacturing plants across Europe and Asia. They are looking for a strategic expert to help their global finance organization leverage artificial intelligence to drive operational excellence.

As a consultant, your primary mission is to identify, strategize, and roadmap AI opportunities that specifically drive efficiency within the Finance domain. You will serve as the bridge between global finance leadership and technical IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement AI strategies tailored to finance to uncover and capture efficiency improvements.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work actively with global finance and IT teams to ensure alignment and technical feasibility.

• Market Intelligence: Maintain an in-depth understanding of current and future AI trends (GenAI, Agentic AI) specifically for financial applications.

• Project Delivery: Deliver a curated list of high-potential, executable projects.

• Ad-hoc Advisory: Provide expert guidance on emerging AI requests and technological shifts.

The ideal candidate is a fast-learning, hands-on professional who can navigate the complexities of a Tier 1 automotive environment.

Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of professional experience, ideally with a background in Management Consulting.

• Deep AI Pedigree: Proven track record in AI product management, AIOps, ML/DL, GenAI, and Agentic AI.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the latest AI technology frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw).

• Full Lifecycle Mastery: Demonstrated success in the full lifecycle definition and operation of AI products.

• Industry Focus: Experience in the Automotive or Tier 1 business sector is highly preferred.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong experience within Finance operations is a major plus.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandatory).

• Proficiency in Swedish, Spanish, or French is considered a significant advantage.
