AI Solutions & Architecture Lead

 Architect and prototype scalable enterprise applications, incorporating modern

frameworks and selectively integrating AI technologies such as LLMs and GenAI

where appropriate to enhance functionality and automation.

 Design and maintain enterprise-grade reference architectures that support

both conventional systems and emerging AI-enabled components.

 Lead solution design for complex, multi-domain use cases across customer

experience, recruitment, IT support, finance, and operations—ensuring AI is used

where it adds measurable value.

 Drive client-facing solutioning engagements from discovery through to proposal,

translating business requirements into technically sound and commercially viable

solutions.

 Develop reusable architecture components, templates, and toolkits that

streamline delivery and ensure consistency across projects.

 Define and scope solution architectures, working with Sales and Solutions teams

to align on timelines, resource plans, and pricing models.

 Serve as a strategic technology advisor, presenting architecture alternatives, total

cost of ownership (TCO), and ROI impacts to client stakeholders.

 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering,

Delivery, and Sales to ensure technical feasibility and delivery alignment.

 Contribute to internal innovation efforts, including proof-of-concepts (PoCs),

architecture best practices, and team enablement on GenAI capabilities and market

trends.

 Stay informed on industry trends and modern architecture patterns, including

awareness of AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, RAG frameworks) and cloud-

native design approaches.

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a

related technical field.

 8+ years of experience in software and solution architecture, with exposure to

modern AI technologies and their application in enterprise contexts.

 Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tooling (e.g., LLMs like OpenAI or Claude, RAG

frameworks, LangChain, vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate) is a plus.

 Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions across

domains such as customer experience, HR technology, IT service management, and

digital operations.

 Strong full-stack development background with proficiency in languages and

frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, React, and FastAPI.

 Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and

DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.

 Experience in solution scoping, cost modeling, and proposal development for

enterprise clients.

 Proven ability to lead technical delivery while engaging in consultative discussions

with business and technology stakeholders.

 Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural

concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 Availability to work in or align closely with US time zones (if not based in North

America).
