Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media strategy using AI-powered tools to drive reach, engagement, and brand consistency. This role is responsible for strategic planning, performance optimization, and managing AI-assisted content workflows across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
• Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, schedule, and optimize social content
• Own the social content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content using AI insights
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches
• Establish best practices for AI usage, tone of voice, and content governance
• Stay current on AI trends, platform updates, and social media best practices
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, or analytics
• Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital-first companies
• Familiarity with paid social amplification and A/B testing
• Experience defining brand voice and social guidelines

• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar
• Social Platforms & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar
• Analytics: Native platform analytics, Google Analytics
• Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
