• Deploy autonomous pipelines end-to-end — no human in the middle. From trigger to result, your systems handle the reasoning, the actions, and the handoffs. You measure output, not effort.

• Operate as a one-person company — scope, prioritize, execute, and iterate with radical ownership. AI is your team.

• Cross-pollinate across CloudWalk — what you build in your domain becomes a blueprint for every other team.

What You Need To Succeed::
• Hands-on with AI — you've shipped something real with LLMs. You know the difference between a prompt and a system prompt, between a chain and an agent, between naive RAG and one that actually works.

• Builder mindset — you don't just use ChatGPT or Claude. You wire them into automations, connect them to APIs, feed them structured context, and make them do repeatable work.

• Comfort with ambiguity — you can operate without a playbook because you're writing the playbook.
