Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and visionary AI Server Platform Software Lead to join our team. Our team focuses on the delivery of Artificial Intelligence server products for external customers. In this role, you will be at the engineering epic center leading software development and integration of the platform development, collaborate with other leaders within Dell’s cross-functional organization, driving excellence and innovation in every aspect of your project, managing high-complexity AI products through the entire lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 

• Software Developer Collaboration: Represent Platform Software Lead and work with software developers in different regions to meet the development milestones. 

• Manage Development Efforts: Oversee and coordinate software development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery. 

• Vendor and Technical Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success. 

• End to End ownership: Support to lead and drive developers for software bundles release in time for development in meeting customer need. 

• Platform Software Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of Software development strategies for AI Server systems 

• Defects Analysis: Familiarization in Platform Software Ecosystem and leading the defects triage, root cause direction.

Qualifications: 

• Strong Software background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in the design of solution-level AI enterprise data center systems. 

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. 

• Expertise in technical issue presentation skills, triage and root causing. Strong software component development cycles to drive strategic initiatives and project success. 

• Strong ability to influence others to achieve results and drive project success. 

• Educational Requirements: 12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
