We’re looking for an AI SEO Analyst who thrives on optimising content and refining AI workflows to help businesses grow online.

About the Job:

As an AI SEO Analyst, your mission is to drive measurable improvements in client search visibility and organic performance by applying technical SEO expertise and refining AI-assisted workflows. You will execute and optimise SEO strategies across landing pages, blogs, local pages, and off-page channels while contributing to the ongoing evolution of how AI is used to scale SEO execution.

In this role, you will work independently on moderately complex SEO tasks, analyse data to inform optimisations, improve prompt outputs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure SEO best practices are applied throughout the content lifecycle. You'll also support junior team members by sharing insights, reviewing prompt outputs, and documenting improvements.

Note: This role has to work on the night shift from 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST

Your Impact:

As an AI SEO Analyst, you will:

Implement SEO strategies across multiple content types—product pages, blogs, location pages, and campaign landing pages

Conduct independent keyword research and mapping to inform targeting strategy using tools like SEranking, Surfer SEO, or Google Search Console

Optimize page metadata, header structure, internal linking, and schema markup for performance and crawlability

Review and refine AI-generated content or metadata before implementation, ensuring it meets search intent and client tone

Adapt and customize AI prompts to improve output accuracy and SEO relevance across use cases (e.g., keyword clustering, meta writing, summaries)

Identify weaknesses or inconsistencies in prompt results and propose changes to improve effectiveness

Help maintain and expand prompt libraries used by the broader SEO team

Participate in tool testing, prompt refinement sessions, and workflow feedback loops

Uses and adapts AI tools for daily SEO tasks; iterates on prompts to improve relevance

Provides feedback on tooling and contributes to the shared prompt library

Begins supporting others in prompt execution and ethical implementation

Monitor keyword rankings, CTR, impressions, and traffic using tools such as GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and internal dashboards

Generate monthly or campaign-based reports with AI-supported performance summaries and client insights

Surface patterns, anomalies, or opportunities in ranking trends and contribute to optimization plans

Collaborate with the team lead to iterate on reporting frameworks and dashboard improvements

Partner with content editors, strategists, and web developers to embed SEO requirements early in the production process

Share SEO findings, tool tips, or prompt optimizations with junior analysts and associates

Help QA SEO deliverables for newer team members and assist with onboarding or documentation updates

Contribute to retrospectives and workflow evaluations that help scale operational excellence across the team

What you bring to the table:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital marketing

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred

Solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical) and search engine behavior

Proficiency in tools such as SEranking, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Google Search Console, and GA4

Basic familiarity with HTML, schema markup, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Website Pro)

Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper) and comfort editing and improving prompt-based outputs

Ability to analyze keyword data, competitor pages, and SERPs to inform strategy

Strong written communication skills for documentation, reporting, and feedback delivery

Highly organized and accountable; able to prioritize across multiple client or internal requests

High attention to detail and analytical mindset for identifying localized information to impact highly successful SEO Campaigns.

Must possess strong written content creation abilities. Editorial and revision skills are an asset in this role.
