YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive end to end product delivery by translating strategic use cases into product requirements with clear specifications, PRDs, acceptance criteria and execution plans
• You embed with operational teams across SIXT, observing workflows and transforming real world pain points into scalable product opportunities and prioritized Jira backlogs
• You define agentic workflows, balancing autonomous AI capabilities with human in the loop oversight to maximize efficiency while ensuring operational reliability and risk mitigation
• You partner closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers, aligning on system architecture, APIs and technical trade offs to build scalable AI solutions
• You take ownership of testing, workflow fit and go live standards, ensuring product releases scale seamlessly across physical and digital operations
• You track adoption, ROI and business impact through dashboards, SQL, A/B testing and quantitative analysis to continuously optimize product performance

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner or in a similar execution focused role delivering digital products in fast paced environments
• Technical Know how You are comfortable discussing APIs, machine learning models and system architectures with technical stakeholders and engineering teams
• Stakeholder Management You confidently collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders, translating frontline needs into scalable product solutions
• Analytical Mindset You apply a data driven and experiment focused approach to make KPI based product decisions and drive measurable outcomes
• AI Expertise You bring practical experience with modern AI tooling for rapid prototyping and ideally have worked on production LLM based features
• Communication You communicate complex ideas clearly across technical and non technical audiences, bring a strong implementation mindset and communicate fluently in English, while German is considered a strong plus
