Aspire Software is looking for a AI Product Engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

About the job:

We are looking for a Product Engineer who will bridge traditional Product Manager roles with full-stack development, leveraging AI tools to build software and drive innovation. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial developer who rolls up their sleeves to get things done and build products customers love. As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, develop AI-powered PoCs, and validate innovative solutions that align with customer and business needs. You will bridge the gap between engineering and product strategy, ensuring that our solutions are both technically feasible and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, prototype, and test AI-powered solutions using modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering to explore new AI capabilities and their applications.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven product improvements.
• Document and communicate technical insights, best practices, and feature specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Participate in customer calls, and technical demos to showcase AI innovations and gather feedback

Requirements:
• Strong experience with full-stack development using Go.
• Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Next.js).
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Prior experience in product development, technical product management, or building rapid PoCs (v0.dev, bolt.new, lovable, etc.).
• Strong focus on API development and integrations, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs, as well as working with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and API key management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret AI-generated insights to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work US Central Time Zone Hours on a regular basis
• Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
